Dr. Charm Rammandala - Founder & CEO

Dr. Charm Rammandala is the Founder and CEO of CASM, with over 30 years of experience at global companies including Walmart, Tesla, Apple, and Meta. He is a university lecturer, author, and international consultant specializing in sustainability management and helping industries prepare for the impacts of global warming. Known for bridging corporate insight with academic expertise, Charm is passionate about empowering organizations and individuals to create a more sustainable, future-ready world through education, strategy, and innovation.

Jodi Edwards-Wright - CAO

Jodi Edwards-Wright, Chief Academic Officer at CASM, brings over 30 years of experience in academic leadership and curriculum development. A former academic vice principal, she has led educational improvement initiatives and championed inclusive learning. At CASM, she oversees the academic quality and strategic direction of all programs, ensuring alignment with global sustainability standards. Jodi is dedicated to equipping learners with the knowledge and skills needed to lead in a rapidly evolving, sustainability-focused world.

Ashan Abeysekara - CSO

Ashan Abeysekara, Chief Strategic Officer at CASM, is a visionary technology leader with over 36 years of experience in engineering, executive leadership, and board governance. He has led digital transformation and strategic growth across global organizations, aligning technology with business goals. Known for building high-performing teams and driving measurable outcomes, Ashan brings a strong commitment to operational excellence and sustainable impact, making him a key force behind CASM’s long-term vision and organizational success.
